Yes. When customers call your current number their call will be forwarded to an A.I. Assistant phone number (if you choose to) where calls will be handled. Customers can then be forwarded to you by phone if they need to speak to a real person although the A.I. Assistant can handle most calls by itself. This automated phone number, A.I. Voice Assistant, is an additional cost, about $1.50 for the number per month plus minutes used. It is an ultra low cost - about 1¢ per minute. Also, texting will also be automated to customers for Appointment Bookings, questions to your business, etc. Texting is charged at around 1¢-2¢ per text. These costs are ultra low additional charges that are added to your service bill each month.
Yes, if a business wants to keep using their existing email address and inbox (for example, their Gmail, Outlook, or another email hosting provider), they will continue to pay that provider for the email service. Seraph Smart Site does not replace or host the business’s actual email inbox—instead, it connects to the existing email account for sending, receiving, and syncing messages. So, the business maintains and pays for their original email hosting as usual, and Seraph Smart Site acts as an integrated tool on top of that service. Emails can be automated and sent in mass quantities to customers or leads. This is an additional cost at approximately 68¢ per 1,000 emails. So, again, the cost for contacting massive amounts of leads or customers is very low. Automated emails are essential for appointments, calls, reminders, notices, deals, etc. It will save your staff endless hours of work for super low costs.
